Make it the night before and you\u2019ll be ready to grab and go the next morning!<\/p>\n<p>Source:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthwarrior.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HealthWarrior.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 cup full fat coconut milk<br \/>\n1 banana, mashed<br \/>\n3 tbsp chia seeds<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp vanilla<br \/>\ndash of cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>TOPPINGS<br \/>\n3 tbsp raw almonds or other raw nut, chopped and soaked<br \/>\n2 tsp coconut flakes<br \/>\n1 tsp chia seeds<br \/>\npinch of cinnamon<br \/>\ndrizzle of raw honey or maple syrup (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mash banana in a bowl, stir in chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Combine evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Cover bowl and place in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours to thicken.
