Enjoy!<\/p>\n<h3><b>INGREDIENTS<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>For the Shrimp<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 lb shrimp, deveined &amp; tails removed<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cumin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a little heat)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>bamboo or metal skewers<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>For the Cilantro Sauce:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Greek yogurt (whole or 2%)<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon lime zest<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons lime juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>For the Slaw:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd cups green cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cups red cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon jalape\u00f1o, minced<\/li>\n<li>(Tip: You can also use the Trader Joe\u2019s precut slaw mix which has red and green cabbage and some carrots in place of the two cabbages)<\/li>\n<li>For the tacos:<\/li>\n<li>12 corn tortillas<\/li>\n<li>lime wedges<\/li>\n<li>avocado slices (optional)<\/li>\n<li>crumbled Cotija cheese (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Creamy Cilantro Shrimp Tacos\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/C7Q6OupnxE0?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>DIRECTIONS<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>1) \u00a0 \u00a0 Rinse and dry shrimp. In a large bowl or plastic bag, season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt. Toss gently to combine.<\/p>\n<p>2) \u00a0 \u00a0 Using your skewers, poke through the top and bottom of the shrimp and push down to the bottom of the skewer.\u00a0 Add about 5 shrimp per skewer, depending on the size of shrimp used and your skewers. Repeat until all shrimp are used.<\/p>\n<p>3) \u00a0 \u00a0 In a bowl, combine all creamy cilantro sauce ingredients. Stir well to combine.<\/p>\n<p>4) \u00a0 \u00a0 In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, and minced jalape\u00f1o (remove all seeds if you don\u2019t want too much spice, or leave some in depending on your preference). Pour half of the cilantro sauce mixture over the cabbage, saving the other half for extra sauce to put on the tacos.\u00a0 Set aside for taco assembly.<\/p>\n<p>5) \u00a0 \u00a0 As the grill or grill pan heats up, brush each shrimp skewer with olive oil. Grill over high heat for about 3 minutes, brush the top side with more olive oil, flip, and let cook for about an additional 3 minutes shrimp should be pink and cooked through. Remove from skewers once slightly cooled.<\/p>\n<p>6) \u00a0 \u00a0 Assemble the tacos on corn tortillas. Add the cabbage mixture, followed by the shrimp. Top with the creamy cilantro sauce, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
