Kyrsten enjoys working with both beginners and gym enthusiasts, understanding that each person has unique fitness goals. With three years of training experience, she has worked with individuals who have felt frustrated, helpless, stuck, and overwhelmed and she finds joy in pushing people out of their comfort zones to help them achieve their objectives. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kyrsten holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist (ISSA certified in Strength and Conditioning, Bodybuilding, and Nutrition), and is also CPR\/AED and First Aid certified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In her free time, Kyrsten loves to #LiveActively by working out, hiking with friends and family, trying new group classes, and paddleboarding on the lake. She is a proud mother of a two-year-old son. Aside from her primary job, Kyrsten also works as a bodybuilding coach and is pursuing Law school.
