She enjoys taking our group classes and swimming in our lap pool. Stretch class, Martha&#8217;s cycle, Haley&#8217;s Pilates, and Barre are a few of her favorites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI enjoy getting to know members and fellow coworkers, along with giving tours to prospective members. Lets not forget about folding towels!\u201d says Brooke.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being physically and mentally healthy is what motivates Brooke to #liveactively. She wants to ensure she can live life to the fullest everyday!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWorking at Active, I have been able to grow in my communication skills and become more open-minded to new perspectives. I have also begun to learn how valuable the virtue of patience really is.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In her spare time, Brooke loves to explore the cities around the area and find any new hiking opportunities! Other things she enjoys are music, long drives, concerts, baseball, basketball, church, and CrossFit. We love having her as a part of our team here at Active at NorthBay.
