She graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Sociology. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021, she set out to teach gentle yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga for women&#8217;s cycles. Iris is passionate about wellness as a lifestyle, mindfulness, and holistic healing. She wants others to slow down and feel more connected to their bodies and themselves through her yoga classes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When Iris isn&#8217;t teaching yoga, she&#8217;s working on her small business, life coaching with her clients, hosting community events, roller skating, gardening, reading, or spending time in nature.
