Now is the perfect time to strengthen your immune system with nutrient-rich foods, key supplements, and healthy habits to help ensure you won\u2019t miss a moment of that winter magic!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Key nutrients for winter<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Including healthy foods in your daily diet will bolster your immune system with key nutrients that support cell health, fight infection, and protect your skin from frosty winter weather:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vitamin C<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Supports white blood cells to fight infections. Enjoy citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits), broccoli, brussels sprouts and kale.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vitamin A<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Strengthens skin and mucous membranes.
