This Banana Oat Cookie recipe is gluten free and can even be made dairy free or vegan. If you have ripened or even beyond ripened bananas, put them to use with this delicious recipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 bananas overripe<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. Honey<\/li>\n<li>1 Egg (can substitute apple sauce for dairy free)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp.
